Hiroshi has to go on a business trip to Kyushu So, the whole Nohara family is deciding to spend the night with a childhood misae’s friend in Assou, Kumamoto.
They arrive at Kumamoto Station, on their journey to Assou. A stranger offers them a camera , which is in strange situation. The stranger asks witnesses.
Shinnosuke is able to enjoy the Assou Mountains and fields during summer, with his camera at his feet. The scenery is even crawling with wildlife that he’d never find in Kasukabe. There are people in the towns to aid and new friendships to form.
However, do they not appear exactly like his kids in the back home?

A cool, summer evening Shinnosuke witnesses a giant creature silhouetted against the glow of a full moon. Next to the creature is a man who has a big smile.
The same man who handed him the camera when he was at the station…
He also calls himself Professor Akuno. In the aftermath of this encounter, more strange things start happening within Assou…
